The app
Damascus Fit is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Those terms govern your use of the app. The developer and licensor is Avesta Forge LLC.
Train within your limits
You're responsible for how you train. Damascus Fit's recommendations are based on the information you give it and the data it can read, and they can be incomplete or wrong. Numbers labeled Estimated are calculations, not measurements.
Damascus Fit is a training-planning app. It isn't a medical device and doesn't provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have any health concerns, talk to a qualified professional before you start or change your training. If you're returning from surgery, illness or injury, your clinician decides when you're cleared to train.
Test builds
Test versions distributed through TestFlight may contain bugs, may change, and may stop working. Apple's TestFlight terms also apply to them.
This website
This site describes an app that's still in testing. Its content is for general information, may change, and is provided as is.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
