Damascus Fit

Support

Email is the only support channel. A person reads every message and replies.

Damascus Fit is built and supported by a small team, so reply times vary. Most messages get an answer within a few days, by email, from the address you wrote from.

Please don't send health records or screenshots showing health values unless we ask for something specific.

Requirements

Damascus Fit needs an iPhone with iOS 26 or later. The Apple Watch app needs watchOS 26 or later.

Common questions

Where is the app?

Damascus Fit is in private testing, and there's no public beta yet. This site will say when that changes.

How do I change Apple Health access?

Damascus Fit asks for Apple Health access so it can show your training and body data together, keep your plan up to date with the workouts you do, and save the workouts you log. You can change or remove that access at any time in the Health app or in iOS Settings.

How does sync between my devices work?

The workouts you log and your training plan sync through your own iCloud account. If iCloud is signed out or unavailable, the app says so and keeps your plan on your device.

How do I hide my heart rate on the Lock Screen?

During a workout, the Live Activity can show your heart rate from Apple Watch. It's on by default. Turn it off in Damascus Fit's Settings.

How do I delete my data?

The privacy policy explains what's stored where and how to delete each part. If you get stuck, email support@damascusfit.app and we'll walk you through it.

Is this medical advice?

No. Damascus Fit is a training-planning app, not a medical device. If you're returning from surgery, illness or injury, your clinician decides when you're cleared to train.
